Melissa & Wes Married in McCall, ID

 

It was so much fun to go home for summer vacation. I got to make it to a good friend's wedding at my old camp, Paradise Point, in McCall, ID. It was a beautiful day to have a wedding on the lake and in the chapel in the mountains! They had wildflowers on their dresses and bouquets, huckleberry pies on the table and awesome food! It was so fun to reminisce at the camp with a bunch of my old friends growing up! I only wish I could have stayed at one of the little log cabins like everyone else!

Fireworks Night at the Giants Game!

I've been spending a lot of time this season at AT&T park! Mostly because I keep getting free tickets and I can't say no to that. This time around my friend had free ticks and a few of us got together for  Fireworks Night at the stadium. These fireworks almost beat out the fireworks show I saw on the 4th--it was that incredible! I didn't get any pictures in time, but they shot right out over the water and we happened to be sitting right on the edge with a spectacular view! Not only that, but they had a cool laser light show and gave out SWEET hair hats.

SHRM Tradeshow in ATL

In Atlanta I actually did have to work a bit, but i enjoyed myself at the tradeshow! It was my first large show and boy was it LARGE! Some companies had massive booths with crazy giveaways.This pic below is of me with a walking/talking robot that was moving around trying to get people to their booth and take pictures with him. I had a blast in ATL in general so seeing such a huge tradeshow was really interesting. Can't wait for my next show in Chicago in October!

Kickball SF: Booze on First!

Joining our Thursday night Kickball SF league was a 'must do' for me and a few of my friends. We thought it would be a great way to meet people in the city and be active at the same time. Our team was called Booze on First and we met every Thursday after work, got on the party bus and went to Golden Gate Park to play some ball. We ended up having a total blast and the whole experience was an eye opener! Starting the game with a flabongo and jello shots didn't lead to a very fun Friday morning, but it was fun non-the-less!

HOTLANTA!

I went on another work trip to Atlanta in June and had the best time! Luckily my friend Hailey lives there so I had a wonderful tour guide! The best part was really not knowing what to expect and being totally blown away by such a great place and adventure! I hope work sends me back again soon!

Such a fun trip!! I loved Atlanta and cannot wait to go back and gain 45 more LBS!
